Get Ready for Race Day!
I’VE ENTERED THE TRADIES S2S, WHAT’S NEXT?
Congratulations, we’re so excited to be celebrating our 50th year with you. Here’s some important info to get you ready race day.
Bibs will start being mailed out from the end of June. Please check your receipt or eticket for your address details as this is where your bib will be delivered. If you’re computer filled out your details for you and it’s heading somewhere unknown, please contact us before 19 June to have it corrected. If you didn’t receive your receipt or e-ticket, please check your junk/spam or other folders, if it’s still not there, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check the details for you.
START TIME: Please note the new start time is 7:30am. Runners and Walkers report to Flora Street, Sutherland by 7:15am for a 7:30am start.
Important: We will be implementing a rolling start from various areas behind and adjacent to the start line and timing mats due to COVID. Seeded (elite) runners will start at the front of the race. We ask you to self-seed your start zone based on your expected finish time. Walkers will be allocated start zones behind the runners. Timing System: The event is electronically timed with a transponder attached to your Race Bib. If you are not wearing a Race Bib, you will not be able to receive a time.
Your Race Bib needs to be:
- Clearly visible on the front of your torso (do not wear it under a jumper or jacket).
- Unaltered and unmodified – please do not fold, bend or wrinkle your bib.
- Completed with an Emergency contact mobile number on the back.
If you are entering with others, please do not mix up your Race Bibs. If you lose or forget your Race Bib, there are limited replacements @ $20 each. See website FAQs for details.
Toilets: There are limited toilets available along the course. Toilets are available at the Start and Finish lines.
Special Buses: Buses to Sutherland (Cnr Stapleton Ave & Belmont Street) will depart from Cronulla High School (Cnr Captain Cook Drive & Bate Bay Road) every 15 minutes. First bus departs at 5:45am and the last bus leaves at 6:45am sharp. Cronulla to Sutherland service will recommence at 9:00am running every 30 minutes until 11:30am. Cost is $5.00 – cash or EFTPOS. Unfortunately, Opal Cards cannot be used.
CROSSING THE FINISH LINE: Don’t forget to pick up your commemorative medal as you cross the finish line.
PRESENTATION: Hang around for the official winner’s award presentations and prize giveaways. Make sure you rehydrate and refuel and visit our supporter stalls before you head home for a well-deserved rest.
RESULTS: Results will be posted on our website in real-time here and you can download your finishers certificate.
